SUBMITTING IDEAS TO PAGEFAV

Do you have a new product, service or idea that you think might be valuable to PageFav? At PageFav, our Innovations Department welcomes these new ideas, and sincerely hopes that you elect to share your ideas with us. With that said, we want to make sure you fully understand PageFav’s process and rules about receiving such ideas.

While we understand that these rules might appear strict, they are necessary to protect both you and the PageFav Company. Therefore, we ask you to carefully review all the information provided below, and only send us your idea if you are in full agreement and comfortable with our rules. We thank you in advance for considering PageFav as a recipient of your work!

The Ideas PageFav is Seeking

PageFav is accepting ideas under this policy for new products, ideas, web sites and widgets to enhance the PageFav site and make it more valuable to our audience.

Protecting Your Ideas

Depending on the type of idea or product you have, you may have proprietary rights in it. Therefore, you should consider protecting it through patents or copyrights before submitting it to PageFav.

To best understand whether you could obtain patent or copyright protection for your idea, you should consult with your own lawyer. The PageFav Company is not authorized to consult with you on these matters. Further, because disclosing your idea to PageFav could affect your ability to obtain proprietary rights, please submit your idea to PageFav only after you have obtained the protection you feel is necessary.

This policy does not apply to PageFav’s employees, vendors or suppliers. Employees should discuss ideas with their manager

PageFav’s General Policy Regarding Submitted Ideas
  1. PageFav will only review submissions on a non-confidential, no obligation basis as set forth in the “Submission Agreement”.
  2. Submitting your idea to PageFav does not restrict you from submitting it to other companies.
  3. PageFav will only evaluate ideas that are submitted under the terms of the Submission Agreement
Possible Compensation to You
  1. If PageFav is interested in using your idea, we may negotiate with you for license rights or a possible partnership. Your compensation (if worthy) will be determined as a part of those negotiations.

PAGEFAV’S SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

I have read PageFav’s policy on submissions called Submitting Ideas to PageFav, and understand its contents. I also understand that any submission (including all submitted supporting information and materials, collectively referred to as the “Idea”) that I submit to PageFav is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I am submitting my Idea to PageFav on a non-confidential basis, and I agree that there will be no confidential relationship of any kind between PageFav and me unless we separately agree to that in writing.
  2. PageFav is not obligated to keep secret any information that I submit under this agreement, and PageFav may retain all materials I submit.
  3. I acknowledge that the Idea may be identical with, similar to the theme, plot, idea, format, or other element of the material that PageFav has independently developed or that has or may come to the PageFav Company from other sources and I shall not be entitled to any
  4. PageFav has the unrestricted right to use and disclose any submitted materials.
  5. Under no circumstances is PageFav is obligated to adopt my Idea or to compensate me.
  6. I am the sole originator/owner of this Idea and have all necessary rights to disclose it to PageFav.
  7. I am a resident of the United States and at least 18 years old, or have obtained the approval of my parent or guardian confirming his/her acceptance of this Submission Agreement on my behalf.
  8. This Submission Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between PageFav and me pertaining to this Idea.
  9. This Submission Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, U.S.A.
Waiver

I completely releases and forever discharges PageFav, its past, present and future successors, officers, directors, agents, and employees, from all claims, damages (including but not limited to general, special, punitive, liquidated and compensatory damages) and causes of action of every kind, nature and character, known or unknown, in law or equity, fixed or contingent, which I may now have, or I ever had arising from or in any way connected with this submission.
